He has over 20 years’ experience managing accounts for small to medium sized organisations. Throughout his career, Alan has developed successful relationships with various clients and suppliers, and has established and managed very productive teams. He is well known for his approachability and easy going nature.

Alan believes that collaboration of all members is the key to a successful Owners Corporation. He has an interest in improving the efficiency and financial health of Owners Corporations. Alan enjoys working with all parties involved in an Owners Corporation to create a happy, successful and productive relationship.

Alan is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and several dialects. His office staff can also speak Indonesian and Malay. They are able to assist clients from different backgrounds.

Alan currently manages various Owners Corporations throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula and is also a member of Strata Community Australia and a licensed Owners Corporation Manager.
